Due to the factory-direct nature of our business, we formed the Ambassadors group as an extended showroom for those who have expressed interest in our product. That way, consumers have the opportunity to visit an ambassador and see an actual coach without having to drive to Junction City.
“My wife and I were interested in changing from our motor home to a fifth-wheel RV. We looked at several places locally in California, but they all seemed to be built ‘cheaply’. So we looked a bit more online and decided a trip to Junction City for a factory tour would be worth the effort. Cole gave us a tour and we were amazed at the quality and customization available. We started the process. After owning three motor homes we knew what we liked and came up with a floor plan that suited us. We knew what options we wanted. Another trip was made and we picked out our selections. Cole sent us pictures of our build along the way. We have had it a couple of years now and have traveled to the far reaches of the USA. We travel in comfort, hot or freezing weather. The inside is beautiful, has high-quality woodwork, and makes a great traveling home for us. Having had three large motor homes we were concerned about the change. We are glad we switched. We do not regret the change one bit. We love our New Horizons 42 foot Majestic. Thank you, Cole and the New Horizons team for making our experience exceptional.” – Roland & Benita Young
We took possession of our custom built 5th wheel from New Horizons in April 2019. The experience from sitting down to build our new home to today has been everything we had hoped for. A quality product and quality customer service after the sale.
Bottom line, if you are looking for a quality fifth wheel, there is only one choice: New Horizons.
We absolutely love our New Horizons Majestic. Thanks so much for building us the home of our dreams. Worth every penny we spent!!!!!
We are over the moon in love with our 48 foot trailer that New Horizons built for us! The quality and precision makes your fifth wheel feel like your house not a RV! We are so pleased! Thank you NH—you are the BEST!
New Horizons Orientation
My wife, Gayle, and I flew to Kansas City and then drove 130 miles to Junction City to see our newly constructed New Horizons home and to take part in a week-long orientation so that we might have some idea what we are doing when we have our eventual pickup.
Gayle and I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to live in a New Horizons at this time of life and we are blessed to have made such good friends at New Horizons as well. This whole process has been so much fun and is exciting and inspiring to us. What an opportunity to learn so much about a way of life that obviously can be rewarding, particularly in personal relationships with all the wonderful people you meet along the way.
Being completely new to all this, we have had so much help from New Horizons owners, RVers in general, the entire New Horizons staff, and just random people throughout all the research that brought us to this point.
We spent an entire week going over our New Horizons and asked a million questions and did all the things that everyone tells you to do in the beginning. These units are extremely high quality with very complex components and systems so learning all of it is a challenge. I definitely have a newfound respect for all the folks who participate in making these RVs become a reality from the ground up.
When you walk into your new home and see what it has become after seeing pictures of steel, wheels, wires, plumbing, cabinets, etc., it is absolutely stunning to see the finished product. So now we’ve completed the orientation in our rig and are anxiously awaiting the completion of our truck upfitting so that we can begin our travels in our New Horizons home.
“New Horizons is second to no one.”
When we placed our order for a New Horizons RV, we were told we would be in it mid November. We were fortunate to visit the building process of our RV weekly from the beginning to end and actually see how it was put together from the building of the frame to final finish. The production team answered all our questions about each step of the build each and every week. It’s amazing to see the workmanship of a hand built RV made in America. As promised, in mid November we moved into our beautiful new RV. Our first few days we found little things here and there that needed adjustment and the crew immediately took care of each and every item. After adjustments, they would ask us to check it to be sure we were satisfied. We’ve never seen a crew work as a team with such intensity as the New Horizons group. When we pulled out of their lot, we were confident we had the best built RV. Our thoughts were confirmed when our first weekend included a Kansas blizzard with winds reaching 45 to 50 mph. We sat toasty warm and secure in our new RV watching the snow blow past the windows without any wind noise or drafty cool air.
We want to thank Cole and the entire New Horizons group for making us feel welcome each and every time we came to visit. We especially appreciate the quality workmanship of every production worker from the welding shop, to lamination, to cabinetry, to final finish and everyone in between. Owning RV’s for a number of years, we found that purchasing directly from the manufacturer, New Horizons, is a far better experience than purchasing from dealers who are limited in true knowledge and ability to provide 100% service to our RV. Without hesitation we would recommend New Horizons to anyone looking for absolutely the best quality, service and personal touch. New Horizons is second to no one.

We’ve had our 12 year old New Horizons for 2 years. We absolutely love it. Quality is bar none! Just dropped it off Monday for some much needed regular maintenance and upgrades. Can’t wait to get it back in a few weeks to continue enjoying our family’s favorite home away from home. Thanks for the great tour Drew! It was great to meet Phil and Ken. All great folks! If you’re in the market for the best 5ver out there, you’re home!

After being fulltimers for 18 years we know what we want, and we know quality and good infrastructure are critical to long term use. New Horizons has “pretty” rigs, but more importantly for me, they have OUTSTANDING infrastructure. These coaches are built for the long haul.
